She'd heard rumors, but she'd never ever believed they could be this true...

She'd walked into the training grounds with a slightly different mission than everyone else that was there, and it was apparent in her eyes. The others were training, desparately trying to improve themselves for some reason that she didn't know, or care, about. Some were successful, others not so much, but regardless, they were all trying.

Not Rinna. She'd come armed, just like everyone else, but her mission was not to improve her fighting. No, to her...hers was much more crucial, to everything...

She walked over to a small tree, surrounded by dead leaves. Perfect, she thought, reaching into her pocket and working until she set the leaves on fire.

She stepped back, watching them turn into a pile of ashes. She stared at it, and sure enough, they turned right back into a pile of dead leaves.

The mysterious thing about the training area of Akuma was that anything destroyed would somehow regenerate. Rinna had heard it before, but had never believed it until now.

I'm glad I got to see that, she thought to herself, staring at the pile of leaves as if expecting them to turn back into ash while the world around her continued training.

Kakon studies his enemy as he knows that one wrong move could get himself killed as he visually trains his mind as well as body. He Swings from his sheath taking the training stump apart. The top half of the stump flies up and burst into flame. "well," he says as he wipes his brow of sweat, "now that i'm done with my training it's about time to find out where my legs will take me." Kakon looks around at everyone training. He slightly smiles as he walks away.

Rinna watched as the man caught the training stump on fire, watched as it restored itself. This place was so bizarre, she wondered if she'd ever be able to understand it...

Such a strong power of regeneration...if only she could learn how that power worked...

Maybe the man would know. She didn't know whether to ask or not--she'd made the mistake of talking to random strangers and it getting her in trouble many times before. This man seemed strong...which was all the more reason to ask him (he'd be more likely to know) and at the same time, not to (because he was strong enough he could easily attack her). So, instead, she didn't say anything, just (discreetly) watching instead.

kakon Walks back into the training area. "hmmm im pretty tired..." he walks up to a tree sits down with his sword at the ready and gently closes his eyes.
